Like the best night version remixes, the Totally 80s Podcast's latest Duran Duran chat is extra-long, going into its second straight episode!
Once again, Lyndsey Parker and John Hughes are joined by Annie Zaleski, author of the best-selling entry in Bloomsbury's 33 1/3 series devoted to Duran Duran's immortal Rio. If you're a dedicated Duranie like these three are, you're going to love this episode, which talks about Rio's remixes, the lack of B-sides from this album, the producers they worked with, and the challenges of covering any of the Fab Five's classic songs. And it's not all throwbacks, either: you'll also hear some thoughts on the band's new single "Invisible," and their collaborations with Blur guitarist Graham Coxon ahead of this fall's forthcoming studio album Future Past.
