Known for placing hits in the pop charts all over the world, Swedish duo Roxette found formidable success translating their work to Spanish for fans in Latin America and Europe to enjoy. A newly-reissued digital collection features more than a dozen of those tunes in one place.

Originally released in 1996, Baladas en Español ("Ballads in Spanish," if you forgot your studies) offered a dozen versions of classics from the group like "Listen to Your Heart," "It Must Have Been Love," "Fading Like a Flower (Every Time You Leave)" and "Spending My Time." For Spanish speakers, it was a chance to hear some great pop tunes in the native tongue; for English listeners, it was an opportunity to hear those songs in a new way.

Baladas en Español was recently, quietly reissued as the "complete collection," featuring another four versions recorded and released after the original release: "You Don't Understand Me," "Wish I Could Fly," "Anyone" and "Salvation." How do these stack up to the more familiar versions?
